If you would like to return or replace a none-personalised product please email [email protected] and we will be happy to replace or refund your product. None faulty returns are subject to return postage.
Orders returned due to incorrect postal addresses or because the customer has failed to collect from the sorting office are subject to an additional postal charge between £2.50-£10 depending on the weight of the order. Orders will not be resent until this fee is paid for in full.
We provide free 30 day returns on all items as long as they have not been customised or personalised.
